JetFuel Crate Liner

Before you start

The JetFuel Crate Liner is designed to fit a universal 50L bicycle crate.

Before installing the liner

1. Make sure your bicycle crate is securely attached to your bicycle using heavy-duty tie wraps.
2. Use at least 5 tie wraps per long side and 4 tie wraps around the corners.
3. Tighten all tie wraps firmly.
4. Check that the crate cannot move when turning the handlebars.
5. Always inspect your bicycle and crate before every ride.

Installing the Crate Liner

1. Place the crate liner inside the bicycle crate.
2. Fold the side flaps neatly over the crate edges.
3. Store the carrying handles inside the crate.
4. Secure all four Velcro corner straps.
5. Adjust the four corner zippers until the liner fits snugly.

Your crate liner is now ready to use.

Ride mode — securing your dog

Before every ride

1. Check the inside temperature of the crate liner with your hand, especially on warm days.
2. Never place your dog inside a hot crate liner.
3. Always use a properly fitted dog harness.
4. Never attach the safety straps to a collar.
5. Attach both safety straps to the harness.
6. Adjust the straps so your dog can comfortably sit and lie down without jumping out.
7. Remove or safely store the leash before cycling. Never cycle with your dog unsecured.

Carry mode

Using the crate liner as a carrier

1. Lift the crate liner using both carrying handles.
2. Always support the bottom of the bag while carrying your dog.
3. Carry your dog only over short distances. The crate liner is designed as a convenient transport bag, not as a long-distance carrier.

Rest mode — transforming into a dog bed

The crate liner features four corner zippers.

1. Open two zippers to create a comfortable dog bed.
2. Open all four zippers to transform it into a flat dog mat. Perfect for cafés, parks, holidays or relaxing at home.
