Built to ride. Made to last. At JetFuel, we design products to be used every day. We believe repairing a product is better than replacing it. Every JetFuel Crate Liner comes with our Warranty & Repair Promise.
2-Year Limited Warranty
Your JetFuel Crate Liner is covered by a 2-year limited warranty from the original date of purchase. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and covers manufacturing and material defects under normal use.
Covered defects:
- Stitching that comes loose under normal use
- Faulty zippers
- Broken buckles
- Defective Velcro fasteners
- Material defects
- Construction faults
JetFuel Repair Promise
Even after the warranty period, we’re here to help. Whenever possible, we’ll repair your product instead of replacing it.
Examples of repairs:
- Replacing buckles
- Replacing safety straps
- Replacing zippers
- Repairing stitching
- Minor fabric repairs
Repairs outside the warranty period are offered at a fixed repair price or quotation, depending on the damage. You will always receive a quote before any repair is carried out.
What is not covered
- Damage caused by chewing, scratching or biting by pets
- Accidents, crashes or impact damage
- Incorrect installation or failure to follow the instruction manual
- Improper use or misuse
- Use outside the recommended dog weight (1–12 kg)
- Normal cosmetic wear such as fading, stains or dirt
- Repairs or modifications carried out by third parties
Normal wear & tear
Normal wear resulting from everyday use is expected and is not considered a manufacturing defect. This includes light scratches, colour fading, fabric wear, surface abrasion and minor cosmetic marks.
How to make a warranty claim
Please contact support@jetfuelshop.com and include:
- Proof of purchase
- Photos of the damage
- A short description of the issue
