Privacy Policy

This policy explains how JETFUEL (“we”, “us”) handles personal data when you use jetfuelshop.com or place an order. We process data in line with the GDPR.

2. What we collect

Depending on how you use the site, we may process:

account and order details (name, email, billing/shipping address, order contents);
optional dog details you choose to share (name, breed, age, birthday, photo). A photo is used commercially only if you tick the consent box. You can withdraw that consent by emailing us or unticking the box on the order in your account;
payment status (we do not store full card or iDEAL account numbers);
messages you send to support;
technical data needed to run the shop (cart, session, security logs).

If you join the coming-soon list we store the email address you submit.

3. Why we use it

to take, fulfil and support pre-orders and purchases (contract);
to process payments and prevent fraud (contract and legitimate interest);
to send order emails and answer support requests (contract);
to keep the shop secure and working (legitimate interest);
coming-soon emails: only if you signed up (consent), which you can withdraw by emailing us.

4. Payments — Mollie

Payments are processed by Mollie B.V. (Keizersgracht 126, 1015 CW Amsterdam). Mollie is a licensed payment institution. When you pay, Mollie receives the data needed to complete the transaction. See Mollie’s privacy statement.

5. Other processors

We use TransIP B.V. to host this website in the Netherlands. We may use a shipping partner to deliver orders. They only receive what they need to do that job.

6. How long we keep data

Order and invoice data is kept as long as tax and accounting law requires (generally 7 years in the Netherlands). Support mail is kept as long as needed to resolve your request. Coming-soon emails are kept until you unsubscribe or we close the list.

7. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of your data, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest. Email support@jetfuelshop.com. You can also complain to the Dutch Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies and storage so the cart, checkout, login and coming-soon preview work. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies on the storefront.
