The JETFUEL Crate Liner transforms a standard bicycle crate into a comfortable and practical place for your dog to travel.

The JETFUEL Crate Liner is designed for small dogs weighing approximately 1–12 kg.

Weight isn’t the only thing that matters. Your dog should be able to sit and lie comfortably inside the crate without being restricted.

Always consider your dog’s individual size, body shape and behaviour before use.

The Crate Liner is designed to fit a universal 50L bicycle crate.

Always check the dimensions of your crate before purchasing. Your crate must be securely and correctly mounted to your bicycle before installing the Crate Liner.

No. The Crate Liner is designed to be installed inside a suitable bicycle crate. It does not replace the crate itself.

Never attach the Crate Liner directly to your bicycle without the appropriate crate.

The Crate Liner has been designed with comfort and safety in mind. However, safe use also depends on correct installation, a securely mounted bicycle crate and following the JETFUEL safety instructions.

Always use the designated safety attachment points as described in the How to Use Manual.

Never attach a safety strap to your dog’s collar. We recommend using a properly fitted dog harness suitable for your dog.

Your dog should never be able to jump or fall out of the crate while riding.

Yes, provided your puppy is large enough to use the product safely and can sit comfortably in the crate.

Introduce your puppy gradually. Start by letting them explore and rest in the Crate Liner while the bicycle is stationary before taking your first short ride.

Never force a dog to travel in the product if they appear distressed or uncomfortable.

Let your dog get familiar with the Crate Liner before you start cycling. Allow them to sit, sniff and relax in it at home or while the bicycle is stationary.

Then start with very short, calm rides and gradually increase the distance as your dog becomes comfortable.

The Crate Liner is designed around three moments:

• RIDE — use it in your bicycle crate.
• CARRY — take your dog with you when needed.
• REST — give your dog a familiar place to relax when you arrive.

The Crate Liner is designed for everyday outdoor use, but it should not be considered completely waterproof.

For wet weather, use the compatible JETFUEL Rain Cover / Rain Poncho where appropriate.

Always allow wet or damp products to dry completely before storing them.

For everyday cleaning, remove dirt and stains with a damp cloth and mild soap.

Always follow the specific washing and care instructions on the product’s care label.

Make sure the Crate Liner is completely dry before storing or reinstalling it.

We love giving materials another life.

JETFUEL products are made with a high proportion of upcycled materials. This means there may be small variations in colour, texture or finish between products.

We see these differences as part of what makes each JETFUEL special.

JETFUEL products are made in Europe in collaboration with makers who share our belief in thoughtful production, craftsmanship and giving existing materials a new purpose.

Give your setup a quick check before heading out.

Make sure the crate is firmly attached to your bicycle and check the Crate Liner, straps, buckles, seams and attachment points for damage or excessive wear.

If anything that could affect safety is damaged: don’t ride. Contact us first.

Dogs will be dogs.

Damage caused by chewing, biting or scratching is generally not covered by our commercial warranty.

But that doesn’t necessarily mean it’s the end of your JETFUEL. Contact us and we’ll see whether the damaged part can be repaired.

Stop using the product if the damage could affect safety and contact JETFUEL.

The Crate Liner comes with a 2-year commercial warranty against manufacturing and material defects, in addition to your statutory consumer rights.

For damage caused by normal wear or use, we may be able to offer a repair through our JETFUEL Repair Service.

Please do.

We believe products should stay in use for as long as possible. Whenever reasonably possible, we’ll look for a repair solution before recommending replacement.

No. Never leave your dog unattended in or with the Crate Liner where they could become trapped, jump out, chew through components or otherwise put themselves at risk.
